Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Fahes AI Visibility Platform (the "Platform"), registering for an account, or clicking "I agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.
Description of Services
AI Fahes (operated by Sigma AI Consulting) provides an AI Search Visibility Platform that enables organizations to measure, diagnose, and improve how generative AI systems discover, understand, and cite their websites (the "Services").
The Services include:
- GEO Audit โ structured website analysis across five AI visibility dimensions
- AI Query Testing โ testing whether AI can answer questions about your organization
- Content Optimizer โ improving content for AI clarity and citation readiness
- Schema Generator โ structured data generation for AI discoverability
- llms.txt Builder โ creating and validating AI guidance files
- Brand Monitor โ tracking how AI describes your organization
- Competitor Benchmarks โ comparing AI visibility against competitor websites
- Professional PDF Reports โ exportable visibility reports
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Important: Platform outputs are analytical tools intended to support informed decision-making. They do not constitute professional advisory services, legal advice, or formal regulatory compliance determinations.
Accounts & Registration
To access the Platform you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, organization, and a valid email address.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@aifahes.com
You may not share your account with others, create accounts for third parties without their consent, or use automated means to create accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions & Payment
Use of the Platform requires a paid subscription. Plans, pricing, and included features are described on the Platform's pricing page.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly as selected at purchase.
Activation: Accounts are activated upon confirmation of payment. Full platform access is available immediately upon subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for all such charges in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or software designed to disrupt the Platform
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or its outputs without express written consent
- Use the Platform to audit organizations without their knowledge or authorization
- Misrepresent audit results or use outputs in a false or misleading manner
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
The AI Fahes platform, including its underlying methodology, audit framework, scoring logic, content architecture, interface concepts, written materials, and associated models, is the original intellectual property of Prof. Samer Barakat and Sigma AI Consulting. All rights are reserved. No individual or organization may copy, reproduce, imitate, republish, reverse engineer, regenerate, modify, distribute, or create derivative versions of this website, platform, framework, or its contents in whole or in part without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Your data: You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Platform. By submitting your data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Services to you.
Your reports: Assessment outputs are made available for your internal business use. On Agency plans and above, white-label exports are permitted for client-facing use subject to plan terms.
Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
Your Data
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. You are responsible for ensuring that data you submit does not violate the rights of third parties and complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Upon account termination, we will retain your data for a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Disclaimers
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that audit results will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose, or that any defects will be corrected.
Not professional advice: All Platform outputs โ including AI visibility scores, recommendations, and content guidance โ are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, technical, or professional advisory services.
AI citation not guaranteed: AI Fahes identifies website-level factors that can affect AI discoverability and provides actionable improvement guidance. We do not guarantee that AI systems will cite, mention, or recommend any website or organization.
Limitation of Liability
Our total cumulative liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. To the extent such laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.
Termination
By you: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees, except as provided in our Refund Policy.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we determine your use poses a risk to the Platform or other users.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, and any provisions that by their nature should survive, shall survive termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes becoming effective.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and may terminate your account.
